Let me break it down for you

Rooms showed signs of wear, and the breakfast lacked a hot selection. The friendly staff and clean beds made for a comfortable overnight rest, but overall, it didn't go above and beyond expectations. Convenient location with various restaurants nearby was a plus worth noting.

Location just next door to all the food places with a couple like Fins Seafood and a Steve's Dakota Grill, Culvers, Steak and Shake and Ralphie's Sport Eatery on the east side and grocery store and restaurants. Nice building and rooms with a jacuzzi.

Booked a room with a jacuzzi. Everything was great. The affable staff accommodated all the needs.

Where do I even start, the bathroom was filthy, and how could they let that happen? The air conditioning didn't work, unbelievable! If I had received a complimentary upgrade for enduring this experience, I might have considered a good review, but alas, no such luck. I guess they just don't care about guests like me.

They did not have my reservation. When they gave me a room surprisingly it was only for one night instead of the two that I reserved. Room was missing tv remote and bathroom was dirty.

It is old and dilapidated. The lobby and snack area are dark. It is not a place that looks comfortable. The only reason I stayed there was because it was the only place available. Now I know why!

The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the breakfast was genuinely enjoyable, with fresh pastries and an array of juices. This was a good upgrade from my previous experience in findlay.

The area had lots of food choices. Loved the variety of restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a good selection. The staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

There were multiple issues that detracted from the overall experience. The bathroom edges were grimy, and there were no security features like a deadbolt on the door. The air conditioning unit didn't function properly, leading to discomfort in the otherwise warm room. Pillows provided were overly soft, made them uncomfortable for sleeping. The noise from other guests party lasted into the early hours, which didn't make for the best night's sleep. It felt a bit chaotic with groups congregating in the hallways.

Clean room with hard floors, no bad odors, and a functional fridge. Breakfast offered enough variety to start the day right. The only downside was some noise from nearby guests, but it didn't mar my overall experience.
